Par défaut, l’encodage d’une musique en MP3 n’est pas supporté par l’éditeur audio Audacity. Vous pouvez facilement installer l’encodeur MP3 gratuit LAME pour l’utiliser avec Audacity et exporter ainsi les musiquesque vous enregistrez en MP3. 

  1. Rendez-vous sur la page de téléchargement de LAME. 

  2. Cliquez sur le lien libmp3lame-win-3.xx.zip de la rubrique For Audacity on Windows.

  3. Une fois le téléchargement terminé, cliquez sur le bouton Exécuter.

Enregistrer la musique jouée

Maintenant que la fonctionnalité Mixage stéréo est activée et qu’Audacity est installé, vous allez pouvoir enregistrer la musique jouée sur votre ordinateur que cela soit sur un site de streaming, à la radio, dans un film, une conversation, un jeu ou un logiciel spécifique. 

  1. Si cela n’est pas déjà fait, lancez Audacity en double cliquant sur son raccourci sur le Bureau. 

  2. Dans la fenêtre qui s’affiche, cochez la case Ne plus montrer au démarrage et cliquez sur OK. 

  3. Audacity utilise automatiquement par défaut le mixage stéréo que vous avez activé. Vérifiez tout de même qu’il est bien sélectionné en cliquant sur le menu Edition puis sur Préférences. 

  4. Dans la zone Enregistrement, vérifiez que le périphérique Mixage stéréo est bien sélectionné. Validez par OK. 

  5. Lorsque ce que vous souhaitez enregistrer est joué dans vos haut-parleurs, cliquez sur le bouton Enregistrement. 

  6. L’enregistrement commence alors. 

  7. Lorsque le morceau est terminé, cliquez sur le bouton Stop. 

  8. Cliquez ensuite sur le menu Fichier puis sur Exporter. 

  9. Déroulez la liste Type et sélectionnez l’option Fichiers MP3. 

  10. Cliquez sur le bouton Options. 

  11. Déroulez le champ Qualité et sélectionnez l’option 192 kbps pour améliorer la qualité sonore du fichier MP3. Cliquez surOK. 

  12. Donnez un nom au fichier MP3, choisissez un dossier où l’enregistrer sur votre disque dur et cliquez sur Enregistrer. 

  13. Complétez alors les étiquettes avec les informations sur le morceau. Cliquez sur OK. 

  14. Le fichier est alors exporté en MP3. 

  15. Vous pouvez alors le lire quand vous le voulez sur votre ordinateur, sur votre baladeur MP3, etc.
